你的职责
- Act as HR Business Partner for a defined business area, providing consultation and support to managers and employees
- Implement personnel measures in compliance with legal, collective agreement, and contractual regulations
- Execute performance management processes and derive development and support measures, including initiating and supporting group-wide or site-specific concepts
- Manage internal and external recruitment processes holistically
- Advise and support organizational change processes, e.g., reorganizations or implementation of corporate programs
- Inform departments about HR policy principles, explain employment-related topics and guidelines, and collaborate constructively with the works council
- Handle HR-related specialist topics and special projects (e.g., employee surveys, reporting tasks)
- Facilitate meetings and training sessions
