职位要求
- Line steering of for Frontend Kulim advanced LED manufacturing with focus on R&D support
- Control of the relevant logistical KPIs (CT, Holds, FF, etc) for the R&D material and ensure the continues flow. Monitor, report and escalate deviations towards the operation and R&D management team
- Drive the continues optimization of the line flow of R&D lots together with the respective functions. Support for new product introduction/Q-Gate projects as logistical expert
- Initiate and lead projects to improve the transperancy and line performance regarding R&D lot flow
- Regular report of R&D lot logistical performance to the local/global R&D management and operations
- Interaction with multiple other functions like R&D, IE, PIE, Operations, Engineering, etc
