- Responsible in maintaining and improving quality cases, maverick and yield performance
- Processs owner to govern and improve process control and documentation
- Direct and indirect material usage consumption and wastage control
- To support internal audit & customer audit, and response on audit findings
- Lead and support productivity improvement and capacity extension
- To work closely with Product Development, PI, PO and BT for new product/process setup and proper process handshake/pass over
