As part Global SAP Authorizations team, we are looking for a student who will help to enhance the knowledge library, processes and documentation to further improve the IT support activities.

As the effort showcases how we internally run transformative projects, this internship is a good opportunity for interns to get a taste of the complexities involved:

• Analysis of existing documentation library
• Design of new documentation library.
• Restructure of directory to suit current organizational setup.
• Drive continuous improvement activities, including improving the knowledge documentation and other content.
