- Introduction of new technologies and ways of working: Support the introduction of new technologies and processes into the production line and ensure a smooth transition into daily operations
- Integration of new processes into production: Integrate new or updated processes into existing manufacturing workflows while maintaining stable operations
- Development of the manufacturing facility: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing site with a focus on efficiency, technical capability, and process stability
- Planning and coordination of special production lots: Select, plan, and coordinate special lots used for testing, qualification, or process evaluation purposes
- Production coordination and on‑time execution: Ensure that selected lots are processed in a coordinated and timely manner through the manufacturing line
- Monitoring of non‑standard production activities: Track and manage lots outside regular volume production and proactively identify and escalate deviations
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with production planning, manufacturing, process engineering, and development teams to ensure smooth execution
