Industrial Engineer (d/​m/​f)

As an Industrial Engineer (d/m/f), you will play a key role in optimizing our production processes. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve efficiency improvements, maximize capacity, and reduce production costs. With your technical expertise and analytical mindset, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations and support the implementation of innovative solutions. • Optimizing production processes by analyzing and improving capacity, efficiency, and costs (e.g., test wafer reduction, OEE increase)
• Strategic capacity planning considering equipment, personnel, and material needs (including the SnOP process)
• Reporting & KPI Management: Developing and maintaining reports, defining relevant KPIs, monitoring performance, and deriving actions to achieve goals
• Layout and logistics planning for optimal space utilization and ensuring efficient material flows
• Close collaboration with production, logistics, and engineering to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure optimal manufacturing control
