IT Staff Engineer (MES)

职位要求
- Design, implement and maintain cutting-edge MES/MES extended solutions, process/operation automation in manufacturing (Industrial 4.0) for OSRAM OS PEN Manufacturing.
- Document system design / functional application into specification document and liaise with development center for realization.
- Lead, govern shopfloor modeling, routing design and responsible on MES master data management.
- Provide advanced technical support and engage with cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Execute IT Acceptance Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshooting on MES/MES extended solutions.
- Prepare training materials and provide training for business users.
- Implement system monitoring & preventive maintenance, ensuring system high availability with minimal downtime and disruption.
- Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) and MES/shopfloor improvement projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality within budget.
- Provide 24*7 Production Support on MES/MES extended solution.
