职位要求
- Ensures design, implementation, testing, maintenance, enhancement and support of software/hardware for assigned processes. Develops system specs and test requirements for data landscape and/or for vendor products.
- Leads or performs implementation projects and ensures proper in-design of capacities.
- Maintains system, ensures training and communication and user service. Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements.
- Map business requirements, processes and objectives with data landscape. Develop, customize and configure necessary system modifications, perform testing and document results.
- Act as the liaison between IT technical team and business functions to ensure requirements and progress are communicated accurately and timely.
- Work with business functions in problem solving and troubleshooting. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Handle changes or emergencys as needed for high priority issues worldwide. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
