- Strategic Positioning and Revenue Achievement: Define and implement go-to-market strategies that highlight ams OSRAM’s semiconductor manufacturing capabilities and future roadmap leading to achievement of the revenue goals for our Foundry business
- Roadmap Ownership: Gather customer needs (specifically in terms of process options, fundamental physical devices, IP blocks, support tools etc.), assess their business potential, develop business cases for R&D investments and build roadmap which links our technical capabilities, financial objectives and customer expectations
- Pricing Ownership: Define and manage the global pricing strategy to align with the company’s overall revenue and P&L objectives. Leverage a deep understanding of customer specifications and manufacturing complexities to develop competitive and value-based pricing quotations
- Market Engagement: Actively promote our Foundry offering through customer visits, trade fairs, and technical conferences; serve as a speaker and panel participant when needed
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with Sales teams to support lead generation, qualification, and deal closure through targeted marketing materials, technical presentations, and customer workshops
- Collateral Development: Create compelling marketing content, including presentations, roadmaps, and customer-facing technical documentation
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the foundry industry and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with R&D, Operations, Regional Business Developers and Communications to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and market needs
