Equipment Staff Engineer (Casting)

职位要求
- Develop/implement prventive maintenance schdules and perform trouble shooting and resolve any casting machine related issue to meet the machine KPI, UD/SD/MTBF/MTBA.
- Optimize casting parameters to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Equipment selection or design of new casting machines and auxiliary equipment,
- Lead installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, ensure equipment complies with safety and regulatory standards.Suppport audit and timely documentation update
- Lead and train technicians on equipment related topic
- Sustain Machine performance in term of Safety, Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and Quality Throughput.
- Lead continue improvement project related to machine performance or cost saving , support new machien selection , buy-off and ramp up
