- Drive continuous yield improvement by analysing data, identifying root causes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support product and process improvements that achieve yield goals
- Prepare and present yield performance reports ensuring clear analysis and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Apply AI and data analytics to enhance yield prediction, detect process anomalies, and optimize manufacturing performance
- Lead process integration efforts and deploy lessons learned to support successful new product ramps
- Execute all tasks assigned by the Manager with diligence and accountability
