The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of digital marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and performance tracking activities. This role works closely with campaign managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign launches, maintain marketing workflows, and ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data. This person should be able to translate campaign requirements into clear execution steps, coordinate with stakeholders effectively, and support reporting and analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Journey Execution
· Support the build, setup, and deployment of digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys using marketing automation tools.
· Coordinate campaign requirements and translate briefs into structured workflows, timelines, and execution tasks.
· Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and aligned with target audience segments and marketing objectives.
· Perform basic campaign checks, monitor results, and highlight issues or improvement opportunities to the team.
2. Reporting & Analytics Support
· Track campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversion, and response trends.
· Assist in analyzing campaign data and identifying trends or opportunities for optimization.
· Prepare regular reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for campaign tracking.
· Support testing and continuous improvement activities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
3. Coordination & Execution Support
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support campaign manager for Product Launches and ensure required materials, timelines, and updates are in place.
· Follow up on task progress, maintain trackers or checklists, and support regular status updates and meetings.
· Schedule & facilitate regular check-in meetings and updates on progress.
4. Stakeholder Communication
· Communicate clearly with campaign managers, product teams, and other stakeholders to support smooth execution.
· Ensure stakeholders receive the necessary information and materials on time.
· Escalate issues, risks, or delays promptly and support resolution with the relevant teams.
