职位要求
- Identification, assessment and exploration of new business and market channels for automotive accessories and fixtures in Western Europe in close cooperation with sales and the global product team
- Close and effective cooperation with sales team in the WEU region, especially with country sales Managers
- Acquisition of new customer accounts, with full responsibility until operative hand-shake to sales (customer RFQ)
- Technical understanding / affinity for dedicated automotive accessories and fixtures portfolio to act as subject matter expert in the region
- Analysis of innovations and emerging trends for new business opportunities (i.e. channels) and product categories
- Definition of product and/or service requirements within the Automotive market
- Understanding and knowledge of local Automotive structure and market situation (channels, competitive landscape)
- Knowledge and projects information exchange with sales and marketing people in the region
所需人才
- You have a successfully completed economics/technical degree or a comparable qualification
- We require initial professional experience in the area of business development / key account management / sales
- You have already gained experience in the automotive aftermarket area (including independent aftermarket, OES and niche channels like agro, tuning etc.)
- Your strengths include the ability to work in a team, an independent way of working and very good communication skills
- You are fluent in English and Italian
