职位要求
- Proactive involvement in quality issues related to new High Power LED product development, involving interaction with Product Development, Package Technology, Manufacturing & Customer Quality Management (locally and globally -including Rgb, Wux and Kulim).
- Govern, contribute, collaborate & support New Product Quality and Reliability processes:-
- Responsible for new product reliability qualification, evaluation, robustness (including Material, Design, Process robustness & interaction studies) and Product lifetime modelling activities.
- Review and govern quality detection control documentation readiness & changes for new products (Failure Catalogue, Control Plan, OCAP, Work Instruction, Buildsheet).
- Make sound decisions out of engineering & risk assessments, as well as pre-production release reliability test runs of the new product.
- Analyze & Interpret FA observation report (provided by FA Team) in support of root cause investigation/hypothesis validations.
- Setup Outgoing QA (OQA) Buyoff & drive team to resolve OQA rejects in reducing escapee to customers.
- Carry out internal line audit & support GENBA walks for new processes and line setups - assessing both line and system readiness prior series production.
- Support new product customer audit preparation, audit day execution and post audit action item closure.
- Provide guidance & support to internal QM partners & external stakeholders on matters relating to product reliabiluty & APQ processes.
- Conduct internal training sessions on APQ core competency related topics.
- Support continuous improvement projects to drive APQ operational excellence.
