(Principal) Engineer ASIC Validation (d/m/f)

- Define and develop silicon validation solutions: build complex optical test setup, design PCBs and drive their manufacturing flow, implement test scripts to control ICs and Lab equipment
- Execute IC silicon characterization measurements across multiple devices, processes and temperature using automated test solutions
- Generate relevant documentation and material for customers (internal and external): characterization plan, characterization report, various reviews and presentations
- Create standardized validation concepts, procedures, templates and guidelines
- Work in close collaboration with the IC design, Test and Quality teams
- Support setup of laboratory space as well as its maintenance
