Who we are looking for

Degree or comparable qualification and several years of experience in active sourcing or recruiting with a focus on active sourcing/research activities
Strong affinity for technology, digitalization and new recruiting tools and trends
Proven expertise in active sourcing, interviewing and applicant management
Initiative, solution orientation and courage to implement innovative ideas
Passion for talent acquisition at ams OSRAM and a flair for people
Experience in an international working environment and ability to adapt quickly to new geographical markets
Fluency in German and English to communicate confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders
