What we expect
- Fully responsible for taking care of OEM customers’ inquiries.
- Communicate with customers to get their orders/delivery requests booked in SAP on timely base, manage the change if any.
- ommunicate with sales, supply chain, logistics and finance team to make sure of smooth order to cash process.
- Follow up customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction level.
- Follow up customer’s reasonable requirement to provide value-added service.
- Support sales team with reporting and other inquiries etc.
Who we are looking for
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a customer service or sales operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or commerce or related.
- Good communication skills.
- Good SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Good sense of responsibility & service attitude, team spirit.
