Your tasks
- Warmly welcome, assist, and direct visitors in a professional manner
- Operate the main switchboard and forward incoming calls efficiently
- Issue and manage service and day passes
- Perform identification and access control procedures
- Handle general administrative tasks, including meeting room and company vehicle coordination, as well as mail distribution
- Monitor and operate fire detection and gas alarm systems, ensuring timely escalation of alerts
- Oversee and manage security systems (e.g. building management and external surveillance systems) and forward alarms as required
- Support incident response teams in the event of alarms or unexpected situations (e.g. gas, fire, or sprinkler alarms)
Who we are looking for
- Completed secondary education (e.g. commercial school, HAK, high school, or equivalent)
- Initial experience in an office or reception environment is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
