Your tasks
- Managing HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding, in line with established procedures and deadlines
- Updating process documentation and work instructions
- Identifying and implementing improvements to HR processes
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and information exchange
- Supporting the resolution of day-to-day issues and handling non-standard HR cases
Who we are looking for
- Very good command of German (minimum B2 level) and good command of English (minimum B1 level)
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or customer service is an advantage
- Experience working in an international environment will be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to develop within the HR field
