Positiver Pflichtschulabschluss, aber auch SchulabgängerInnen höher bildender Schulen sind willkommen. Bereitschaft zur theoretischen Ausbildung und Abschluss (Berufsschule & LAP)
Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an der (Elektro)-Technik
Interesse an einem technischen Lehrberuf mit guten Zukunftschancen
Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Reinraum-und 5 S Vorschriften
Handwerkliches Geschick
Lernbereitschaft, Engagement und Verlässlichkeit
Englischkenntnisse (Grundlagen)
