Your tasks

  • Daily warehouse tasks include picking, packing, labelling, and preparing shipments, ensuring accuracy, security, and on-time dispatch, operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely, and performing cycle counts for stock accuracy
  • Manage shipping documents, HS (Harmonized System) codes, and Certificates of Origin, collaborate with Quality on resolving finished goods issues, and support RMA processes including documentation and tracking
  • Maintain inventory records, ensure proper documentation of all stock movements, perform accurate data entry into WMS/SAP, and manage filing systems for shipping, warehouse, and quality documents
  • Coordinate shipments, update customers on delivery status, address inquiries about shipments, quality, returns, and documentation, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams for timely execution
  • Support shipping and warehouse reporting, maintain records, use Lean/Kaizen for improvements, and fix operational/quality issues
  • Ensure material flow and quality by collaborating with relevant teams, communicating shipment details, and supporting shipping orders.
  • Adept in Lean/Kaizen, this professional demonstrates analytical and strategic skills, communicates effectively, manages time and details meticulously, and focuses on customer satisfaction.

Who we are looking for

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is an advantage
  • 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipment preparation, and RMA handling.
  • Strong working knowledge of HS Code classification and Certificate of Origin (COO) documentation.
  • Experience working with quality issues related to finished goods.
  • Experience in a manufacturing logistics background is an advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP or other logistics software
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Able to communicate with internal / external stakeholders

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Job search

You have found your desired position on our job board? On this page you will find a link at the end of the position description that will take you to our applicant portal. You haven't found the right position yet and would like to send us your unsolicited application? - Simply create your candidate profile in our applicant portal. Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Phone interview

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

Starting out with us
