Wet Chemistry Equipment Staff Engineer

What we expect

Equipment owner for wet chem tools assigned
Lead to maintain & improve tools uptime, MBTF & inline control for fast issue detection.
Establish maintenance troubleshooting guideline, SAP PM/Calibration & tools documentation, EMS, PM checklist, HIRAC, OCAP & FMEA.
Manage spare part availability & spare part cost to balance tool uptime/efficiency and cost.
Create equipment skills matrix & training documentation to improve maintenance technicians' technical competency.
Lead new equipment readiness for capacity expansion from procurement, hookup, installation, process qualification until release for production
Support on wafer fab system & program such as IATF, EHS audit, Line of defense. Support on FPD development projects.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Min. 7 years in Equipment & maintenance Engineering.
Experience in wet chem tools (LOP, SAT, Wet Benches etc.)
Min. 3 years in in leading technicians for preventive maintenance. Experience in leading cross functional teams.
Skilled in wet bench, SAT & LOP tools technical knowledge, Total Productive Maintenance, Poka Yoke, FMEA, 8D problem solving, TWI.
Professional in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Communicate and engage. Lead cross functional teams (Process, Equipment and Production) in problem solving.

Step 1

Job search

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
