What we expect

Kundenbetreuung:
- Neukundenakquise
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Preisgestaltung für externe und interne Kunden im Hinblick auf Geschäftsvolumen und COBIS
- Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung mit Anlage, Bereitstellung und Nachverfolgung
- Musterabwicklung für Neukunden und Neuprodukte sowie deren Rückverfolgung
Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege jährlicher Planmengen interner und externer Kunden (APO)
Erreichung und periodische Prüfung von vereinbarten Sales-Forecast-Zahlen
Mitarbeit an abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten zur Erreichung von vereinbarten Zielen der Organisation
Gesamtabwicklung von Sondergeschäften (Desinfektionsmittel, thoriertes Wolfram und Hard Glass)
Administrative Abwicklung von Servicegeschäften (Lohnglühungen und analytische Messungen)
Durchführung und Betreuung von Audits und Zertifizierungen für den Sales-Bereich
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Sales-Prozessen

Who we are looking for

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrie-, Außenhandels- bzw. Speditionskaufmann/-kauffrau oder alternativ technische bzw. betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit spezifischer Zusatzqualifikation (z.B. Fachwirt*in IHK)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen und SAP/R3
Gute Kenntnisse über Wolfram, Molybdän, Leuchtstoffe
Zielorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägter persönlicher Einsatz, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Step 1

Job search

You have found your desired position on our job board? On this page you will find a link at the end of the position description that will take you to our applicant portal. You haven't found the right position yet and would like to send us your unsolicited application? - Simply create your candidate profile in our applicant portal. We will be happy to inform you about jobs that match your profile via our "Job Alert".

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
