Test Product Engineering, Senior Engineer

What we expect
- Work on Yield improvement, First Pass yield Improvement and drive for continuous improvement for assigned devices
- Provide production support through maverick lot disposition and setup/hardware debug.
- Update and maintain test programs and production data systems.
- Perform GRR studies. Process and analyze result using statistical tools and perform corrective action as needed.
- Close cooperation with Test Engineers, Design, Fabrication, Product Engineering and Assembly, working in Cross functional Teams to improve Test yield and product Quality.
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Electronic and communications Eng'g or Microelectronics
- Min 3 years working experience in Semiconductor Environment,
- Experience in high level programming Languages like C, C++, VB, PASCAL
- Strong in Analog, Mixed signal, Digital Testing Methodology
- Hands on experience with Automatic test Equipment (ATE)
- Strong in Teamwork and team communication, willing to share knowledge and experience with others
