Staff Engineer

Fully responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, do a good job in the supervision of spare parts inventory, management and inventory, etc. and to ensure the good condition and safety of the warehouse goods, and ensure the efficient and orderly work of warehousing and storage.
全面负责仓库的日常管理工作，做好备件库存的监督，管理和盘点等各项工作，确保仓储货物的完好和安全，保证出入库和保管工作的高效，有序。
Key Responsibility (主要职责)
1.Develop and implement all kinds of spare parts management system, working system, working process, operating standard and working plan.
制定并实施各类备件管理制度，工作制度，工作流程，操作标准和工作计划.
2. According to the inventory situation, regularly update the safety stock, reorder point and other information to ensure reasonable inventory and reasonable use
根据库存情况，定期更新安全库存，再订购点等信息，确保合理库存，合理使用
3. Regularly provide spare parts management work analysis reports, and timely report to management.
定期撰写备件管理工作分析报告，并及时上报上级领导。
4. Organize inventory counting regularly and find out anomalies in time.
定期组织库存盘点工作，及时查明异常
5.Manage scrap spare parts, and put forward opinions on the disposal of idle spare parts and waste parts
管理废旧备件，提出对呆滞料，报废品的处理意见
6.Manage and guide team on technician skill training and enhancement;
管理和指导团队技术人员的技能培训和提高;
7. Responsible for overall warehouse EHS to fulfill EHS system requirement;
负责整体备件库的环境健康安全以达到EHS体系的要求；
8. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;

1.Bachelor degree or above;
本科学历及以上；
2.10+ years semiconductor equipment maintenance or warehouse management related working and team leader experience;
10年以上相关半导体设备维护工作和团队管理经验；
3.Major in electronics, mechatronics, automation etc.;
电子，机械，自动化等专业；
4.Familiar with the IATF16949 / ISO14001 requirement;
熟悉IATF16949 / ISO14001要求；
5.Good team and project management, capacity extension or equipment transfer project experience is preferred
有良好的团队和项目管理，产能扩充或者设备转移项目经验优先；
6.Good skill on English, office software and reporting
有良好的英语，会使用常用办公软件以及良好的报告能力；
7.Good communication skill with other departments or plants;
有良好的部门间或者工厂间的沟通能力；
