Staff Engineer, Production

工作职责：
1. Take full responsibility of production to ensure quality, delivery performance and productivity;
全面负责生产工作，确保质量、交货期和生产效率;
2. Manpower management (e.g. discipline, attendance, turnover rate, staff training development);

生产现场人员管理(例如纪律、出勤、离职率、员工培训及发展);
3.Material management(e.g. ensuring information flow between logistic dept and production, material saving);

生产材料管理(如。 确保物流部门与生产部门之间的信息流通，节约材料;
4. Productivity improvement (e.g. Kaizen of production processes or production methods or layout improvements);

生产力的改善(如生产过程或生产方法的改善或布局的改善);
5.Problems solving and improvement on site to support KPI implementation;
现场问题的解决和改进以支持KPI的实施;
6.Work center's 5S keeping and EHS site control and enhance;

工作中心的5S维护和EHS现场控制与提升;
7.Follow up production plan and take action to ensure JIT;

跟踪生产计划并采取行动确保准时生产;
8.Works closely with the other function department to achieve excellent performance in die sort operation;

与其他职能部门紧密合作，在模具分类操作中取得优异的成绩;
9.Complete other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.完成上级交办的其他工作。

1. Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, business administration is preferred
本科或硕士学位，工程、工业工程、工商管理专业优先
2. Fairly extensive, has 8 to 10 years' working experience in related industry;
有8 - 10年相关行业工作经验；
3. Fluently use different version of office software;
熟练使用不同版本的办公软件
4. Skilled spoken amp; written English for internal /external communication;
熟练的英语听说读写能力进行内部/外部沟通
5. Rich experience in lean production, continuous improvement and production site management
