Senior Technician, Reliability Laboratory

What we expect

Responsible for reliability daily operation which include Calla support, Solder paste printer, Pick and Place and Reflow Oven setup and operation based on standard test procedure.
Supporting Engineer on engineering evaluation, new production qualification setup, data collection, monitoring and improvement.
Perform daily process performance monitoring, reliability failure verification during operation, data and results analysis and update of test status.
Perform installation, set up and commissioning for reliability equipment to support new product REL testing. To carry out chamber verification activities prior release reliability equipment for operation.
To involve in the operation and safety of the laboratory and ensure all activities are carried out according to safety manual procedures that comply with standard.
Involvement in continuous improvement of Reliability processes (Measurement & Visual Inspection) to support new product and reliability techniques and applications. Involvement in laboratory sustaining activities (ISO/IEC 17025).

Who we are looking for

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, science principles or equivalent.
At least with 3 years working experience in laboratory operation environment.
Experience in laboratories accreditation MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Knowledge and experience in setting-up new program / recipe for Auto Visual Inspection (AVI) & Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) test and SMT equipment.
Experience in SAP system and handling Reliability test equipment would be an added advantage.
Highly organized, self-driven way of working.

The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Phone interview

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
