Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer (d/m/f)

What we expect
- Analog IC design, simulation, verification and optimization from initial concept through prototype approval to production ramp up
- Specification and documentation of designs
- Design for testability and test specification implementation
- Layout supporting/advising
- Creation and patenting of new IPs and support to IC lab evaluation/characterization
- Schedule planning for circuit development
- Technical Project Leadership
Who we are looking for
- University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in analog design and circuit simulation (preferably with Cadence Design Framework)
- Design methodologies and flow knowledge
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems and debugging design issues
- Ability to clearly explain technical topics both to customers and within the team
- High level of commitment and flexibility - Taking ownership to “make it happen”
- Strong team player with a visible “what’s best for the company” mentality
- Good communication and presentation skills and proficiency in English
