Senior Specialist, OSAT Planning

What we expect
- Forecast and Mid-Term Activities
- Work with subcon on capacity allocation to SOP and Adhoc demand.
- First level of capacity negotiation gap closure with supplier
- Highlight Capacity Changes to resource planner (with Justification)
- Support Procurement on contract terms alignment
- Supplier Scoring and Evaluation on SCM activities (SRS)
- Support BRM (Business Review Meeting) preparation and participation
- Work with OSAT Operation and Subcon on ensuring OTD Leadtime Improvement
- Contact window subcon/OSAT loading and delivery matters.
- Weekly PO Release and PO management for subcon/FSO (Ensure accurate PO data input)
- Ensure accurate PO data input notification to Master Planner on supply delayed
- PO / Invoice Reconciliation
- Supply Expedite management Hot Run Management
- Inventory management (Consigned and Critical Material)
- Material liability management at Subcon Provision(Cycle Count, Buy Back, Shelf life mgt…)
- Tactical Scrap Support – Non-Operation Expired Material. (Eg, Test reject buy-back)
- Perform Goods Receipt (Vendor to Vendor)
- Support RMA process is providing PO information needed
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering Course, Management or its equivalent
- Min 3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor company preferably in Subcontracting Management and Planning
- Broad knowledge and experience about the Supply chain management of a semiconductor manufacturer
- Preferable to have good experience and knowledge of relevant planning systems and IT environment (SAP, MS office, PROMIS, Sharepoint, APEX and related tools)
- Maintains composure in any stressful situations.
- Ability to follow up, goal and detail oriented
- Possess active and good English communication skills - oral and written.
- Role model, has passion to win attitude and optimistic
