Senior Project Manager, R&D

What we expect
- Lead cross-functional product development, coordinate project activities;
- Ability to inspire and motivate the project team members
- Recognize conflict, maintain team focus and meet targets together
- Drive open problem discussion and effective issue resolution
- Lead regular project reviews with the project team to maintain good activities tracking and address issues as soon as they pop
- Meet customer expectations and commitments
- Execution of Project Management according to ams OSRAM project execution requirements
- Ensure planned project activities are executed timely to meet the production start schedule, complying with approved project budget
- Professionally manage risk management, use of tools such as FMEA
- Manage change requests and timely report problems
- Ensure design and implementation meets product requirements
- Align with Program, Engineering, Marketing and Product management to meet customer expectations
- Timely escalation of issues and risks to management and take ownership to resolve issues
- Maintain close co-operation with customers and suppliers during development project
Who we are looking for
- At least 10 years’ experience in industry, preferably in Automotive semiconductors
- MSc or PhD in electrical engineering or similar
- Experience in leading complex multi-disciplinary and multi-site projects
- Experience in configuration Management and Change Request tracking tools
- Experience in analog or digital design of IC, preferably in Automotive, is welcome;
- Excellent presentation and communication. Proficient in English, written and verbal
- Initiative, enthusiasm and systematic approach
- Team player/driver
