Senior Engineer. Product Engineering

What we expect
- Device owner, provides production and test process support for products already in mass production
- Supports internal and external manufacturing with respect to yield / process capability and production flow
- Responsible for product yield monitoring and improvement (cost and yield optimization)
- Responsible for daily maverick lot disposition (MRB) and perform electrical failure analysis
- Co-operation with cross functional team in the continuous quality improvement programs
- Return Material Authorization (RMA) support through laboratory validation and/or Electrical/Physical failure analysis
- Technical interface to customer in supply and quality related escalations through CQE team
Who we are looking for
- BS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, BS in Physics
- 5 years or more preferably in semiconductor industry as a Product Engineer, Test Development engineer
- knowledgeable in the Data analysis(use of data analysis tools: Tibco Spotfire, Galaxy, O plus… ) , Yield/cost optimization , test methodologies mixed signal testing, Test setup/test program debugging,sensor products(automotive/industrial acpplications) or Electrical/Physical failure analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge in mixed signal integrated circuits and sensors
- Technical problem solver
- Well organized, with closing mentality
- Proactive, team oriented
- Good communication skills and analytical skills
