Your tasks
• Designing, realization and evaluation of AlInGaN based semiconductor chips.
• Special focus on innovative approaches towards high performance/high current LEDs.
• Development of novel or optimized process flows for chip manufacturing in strong cooperation with process development and manufacturing in global teams.
• Solving complex problems in design and process in a sustainable and systematic way.
• Deeply analyze and understand interactions between chip design and processes flow.
Who we are looking for
• Degree in physics, optics, electrical engineering, material science or a related field.
• Professional experience in semiconductor industry > 3 years.
• Physical understanding of wafer fabrication processing techniques and tools.
• Profound knowledge in the field of Nitride LEDs and device physics.
• Broad experience in semiconductor frontend processes.
• High level of problem-solving competence, analytical thinking and creativity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full professional English proficiency; intermediate German language skills preferred.
