We are looking for a highly structured and analytical professional to join our Global Public Funding team as a Company internal Public Funding Reporting & Risk Manager. In this role, you will support the long-term valorization of public funding activities by creating transparency around financial flows, reporting structures, KPIs, obligations, and project-related risks. You will act as a key interface between Global Public Funding, Controlling, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Establish and further develop structured reporting processes for public funding activities, ensuring that relevant information is consolidated in one central place
- Create transparency on expected payments, cash-in developments, financial obligations, and project-related commitments
- Prepare and analyze financial and project data to support management-level visibility and decision-making
- Act as a central interface to Controlling and Finance teams, ensuring alignment of data, assumptions, and reporting requirements
- Support the development of dashboards and KPI structures to visualize the performance and impact of public funding projects
- Monitor risks, dependencies, obligations, and open issues related to funding projects and ensure follow-up with relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to long-term funding valorization by making achievements, financial impact, and internal efforts visible across the organization
Who we are looking for
- Background in controlling, finance, project management, legal, compliance, or a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information in a clear and management-oriented way
- High level of ownership, reliability, and foresight, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to work across functions and communicate effectively with stakeholders from Finance, Controlling, Legal, Project Management, and technical teams
- Curiosity and willingness to understand public funding processes without needing to be a technical subject matter expert
- Confidence in working with data, reporting tools, dashboards, and structured documentation
- English and German skills; other languages are an advantage
