What we expect
- Project lead for the creation and the improvement of tools and methods, as well as business processes in the context of RD efficiency
- Responsibility for work packages within the RD Hoshin Kanri
- Interface and stakeholder management, shaping the collaboration between departments with a special focus on the Frontend RD
- Set triggers to eliminate impediments as well as continuous improvement within operational excellence
- Coaching and representing the chip development with respect to business process improvements
Who we are looking for
- Degree in physics, electrical engineering, materials science or a related field
- Professional experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in the development of LEDs
- Professional experience in leading complex development projects
- Organizational talent, assertiveness as well as the ability of leading teams
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Working self-dependent with high motivation
- Full professional English proficiency
