Production Quality Sr Staff Engineer

What we expect
- Responsible for internal external quality related topic inclusive production/customer audit, customer complaint, special clearance, shipment halt, RMA disposition.
- Involvement in the definition and evaluation of innovative quality control concepts (for IQC, IPQC, OQC).
- Monitor process stability on CTQ parameters and follow up with process owners for process improvements.
- Change management: Ensure smooth execution of product and process changes by cross-functional risk assessment and definition of suitable experiments for mitigation of the risks.
- Provide QM support for process transfers, process qualifications and line setup.
- Initiate MRB, shipment halt and risk assessment whenever there is a deviation of product quality to ensure the product shipped to customer does not cause quality or reliability issues to end customer.
- Active participation in 8D problem solving teams in case of line issues and customer claims.
- Close alignment with laboratory for definition of reliability test matrixes and selection of most suitable failure analysis approach.
- Lead in systematic and scheduled review of FMEA, Control Plan, MSA Internal Audit according to ams OSRAM quality standards.
Who we are looking for
- Degree or Master's Degree in Physics, Material Science, Chemistry or Microelectronics.
- 3-5 years of working experience in Semiconductor Industry in engineering or quality.
- Knowledge of front end semiconductor processes and technologies.
- Knowledge of FMEA, 8D, FTA, SPC, MSA, and statistics; MiniTab, MS Office, PowerBI,
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Able to work independently, team player, strategic thinking and advanced problem solving skills.
