Product Marketing Manager

What we expect
- Creation of relevant marketing collateral (e.g. product presentations with convincing storyline) and training material to equip sales department
- Based on global marketing strategy, develop/ execute regional marketing strategy, incl. selection of regional key customers
- Planning of MarCom activities (fairs, events, articles, etc.) to position our products in the market
- Drive lead customer engagements
- Drive demand creation in close proximity to the Sales department and the (lead) customer
- Communicate customer technical requirements directly to internal engineering team, ensuring ams OSRAM meets the customer needs
- Work with planning teams to ensure customer sampling quantities and timelines are fulfilled throughout the product development phase
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar Engineering background with high affinity to imaging technologies
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor marketing, sales or business development roles
- Strong communication and the ability to explain complex information in a simplified manner
- Ability to take initiative, create structures and drive for results in an agile environment
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders (Customer, Sales, Engineering, Operations, etc.)
- Experience with sensors would be a plus
