Product Engineer/Senior/Staff Engineer

What we expect
- BE responsible person for product life cycle
- Overview of product status, early involvement in RnD new release product to ensure no manufacturing/ production spill
- Responsible for product yield target setting product yield improvement roadmap.
- Responsible for product yield data / yield data analysis provide update to the cross functional on the yield gap vs the yield target.
- Drive work together with Process Engineering/Chip Change/Production team on product yield improvement activities to ensure product yield target is achieve.
- Responsible for product BOM update/revise, product accounting standard update/revise, product flow chart update/revise.
- Responsible work together with Process Engineering / Production team on the New Material Setup (new 11 series) in production line.
- Participate support in the low complex projects / change project activities, such as chip change/phase in, new derivative products and etc.
- Contact point for customer new requirement change/ add-on, such as change product biasing/test condition, etc.
- Drive on productivity improvement projects.
- To be responsible for PVDB static changes, include review PVDB static changes and approve the change Request for test program update.
- To monitor static distribution, drive for static spec optimization to prevent invalid failure and for abnormality detection.
- To be responsible for FBA/ AFBA maverick lot disposition and drive for improvement (RC, CA and PA)- machine over reject, invalid improvement, process or chip related issues.
- To define FBA/ AFBA maverick procedure.
- To provide support on internal/ external quality issues.
Who we are looking for
- B.Sc, B.Engineering, B.Sc Physics, B.Sc Electronic Engineering
- 3-5 years involved in the LED Manufacturing / Semiconductors Field
- 3-5 years working experience in Product Engineering, Product Development or Product Characterization on the LED Manufacturing Field.
- Experience amp; ability to lead a group of engineers amp; technician.
- Knowledge in Semiconductors amp; LED Characteristic, LED Manufacturing Process, LED Testing concept will be an added advantage.
- Skilled in Minitab, 6 Sigma Tools,Systematic 8D problem solving.
- Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, planning amp; organizing skills, and project management skills.
