Product Development Engineer

What we expect
- Lead product development projects, cross function teams in planning and execution to meet project targets, time, quality and cost. Ensure the product developed matches with customers' requirements. Able to understand customers' technical requirement.
- Understand and incorporate LED packaging technology and design guidelines into product development projects.
- Lead investigation and analysis of problems and drive implementation of solutions.
- To provide active support and technical inputs in Team based problem solving efforts. (eg Focus Team).
- To ensure self-development to continually upgrading overall performance by maintaining organizational knowledge through design guideline, design rules, supplier capability, knowledge management system actively participating in internal and external knowledge sharing (Technical symposium, trade shows, etc)
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Physics or equivalent.
- At least 5years of related working experience in semiconductor industry.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
- Experience in Product Development processes.
- Good knowledge in Semiconductor Product Development and Manufacturing.
