What we expect
- Process development and buildup of expertise in the area of Frontend Process Development - wet chemistry
- Development of new processes for resist stripping, etching and cleaning
- Self-dependent collaboration in development projects
- Participation in problem solving teams as member, moderator or team lead
- Process enhancements at existing semiconductor tools including the evaluation and introduction of new processes, materials and tools where appropriate in cooperation with external partners
- Development and transfer of cost-efficient, fully automated and robust processes for high volume production
- Qualification and characterization of used materials/chemistry
- Cooperation with tool manufacturers and universities and research facilities
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed master's degree (PhD beneficial) in chemistry or microsystems technology
- Several years working experience in an industrial environment (semiconductor industry experience beneficial), in the area of wet chemistry preferably
- Technical/chemical/physical understanding of wet processes and knowledge in relevant analytical methods
- Knowledge in usage of semiconductor materials
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, analytical thinking and creativity
- Very good knowledge of English and German in verbal and written form
- Willingness to travel
