What we expect

bull; Continually lead cross functional team to develop, coordinate new ideas into technology funnel to enable new products.
bull; Manage Technology Project Portfolio and Drive Consensus for Road-Mapping, Project Deployment and Prioritization.
bull; Process, Materials and product introduction gatekeeper into the platform for optimum performance.
bull; Counterparts to Operation Group on Active Line and Chronic Issue Reduction.
bull; Consultant to Product Development, Marketing, and Operation on Platform topics.

Who we are looking for

bull; Possess Degree, Master, PHD in Engineering field.
bull; Min 5 years in project portfolio management.
bull; Having Ramp;D background is preferable.
bull; Experience with Cross Functional Leadership.
bull; Good knowledge in Statistical, Project Management, Quality Tools, Design Rules, IDL process.
bull; Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. German and Mandarin would be advantageous.

Step 1

Job search

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
