Plant Controller

What we expect

Standard cost calculation, BII planning, monthly review the deviation between standard and actual, help drive to root cause.

Analysis on variance between actual expenditure vs budget/plan, every month via communication with plant and follow negative deviation, assist in manufacturing department to reduce production resources waste by monitoring the cost item usage and shrinkage;

Prepare full set of monthly report including comments analysis and corrective actions according to the management target.

Plant cost control and work with each function to find cost reduction opportunity.

Assist in leader to optimize the process, enhance the controlling area in production side and analysis model to support management decision making;

Process mapping and improvement for month-end closing and yearly std cost planning.

Partner across the responsible plant to drive cost improvements and achieve financial objectives.

Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal counterpartner.

Assist manager on solving urgent/ad-hoc issues, providing data analysis when necessary

Support on external and internal audit

Who we are looking for

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from finance related majors

2. 3 years' accounting or controlling experience in manufacturing company

3. Strong data analysis skill, logical thinking

4. Proficient in English (Oral and Written)

5. Good computer skills, especially for excel, word, PowerPoint

6. SAP experience preferred

In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
