Your tasks

核心岗位职责:
市场数据整理与维护:
1. 收集汽车行业照明产品的宏观数据(政策、经济指标)、行业数据(销量、渗透率)、用户数据(消费偏好、调研反馈)及竞品数据,完成清洗、分类与归档;
2.项目跟进,工作进度的跟进,信息的汇总,数据表格
3.协助监测市场动态,跟踪行业趋势(技术革新、营销模式创新),定期输出简短市场洞察简报;
4.参与用户需求调研,整理问卷结果,分析用户行为特征与潜在需求,形成调研数据摘要;
5.协助搭建竞品分析框架,对比公司与竞品的技术参数、产品卖点,搭建竞品分析数据库;
6.基于数据结果,用 PPT 制作标准化报告(月度市场小结、专项分析报告),确保逻辑清晰、数据可视化(图表设计)。

Who we are looking for

学历与专业:
-本科及以上学历,有稳定实习时间者优先;
-汽车,市场营销,光学等相关专业,对汽车行业或市场营销领域有兴趣者优先。
能力要求:
-具备良好数据分析与处理能力,逻辑清晰,能快速理解数据背后的业务逻辑;
-熟练使用 Excel(掌握 VLOOKUP、数据透视表、基础函数等)、PPT(擅长内容排版与数据可视化设计);
-可使用 AI 工具辅助工作(如 ChatGPT 辅助信息检索、数据分析、图形处理);
-具备良好英文表达能力,可清晰梳理分析思路并形成书面内容。

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Job search

You have found your desired position on our job board? On this page you will find a link at the end of the position description that will take you to our applicant portal. You haven't found the right position yet and would like to send us your unsolicited application? - Simply create your candidate profile in our applicant portal. We will be happy to inform you about jobs that match your profile via our "Job Alert". Would you like to check the current status of your application? Then you can track it directly in your candidate profile under "Job applications". Our goal is to provide you with a great experience and maximum transparency in our application process.

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
