M3 Lithography Technical Specialist
Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia – OSRAM OS Penang
What we expect
- Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the lithography department
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required
- Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom Safety Protocol
- Support the Tools installation as being required
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root cause and perform corrective action to bring equipments up to support production
- Plan execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed / Cost / Quality)
- Train junior technicians to attain and improve skills competencies for line sustaining activitie
Who we are looking for
- Diploma in Engineering Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required. Experience and knowledge in photolithography is an added advantage
- Fluent in English / Malay language (verbal amp; writing)
- Good interpersonal skills, responsible and able to handle stress
- Able to work in rotating shift pattern
