Line Steering Senior Staff Engineer

What we expect
- Qwnership of the daily line briefing.
- JIT delivery of the FE commitments.
- Overlooking and improving our scheduling software FPS.
- Interaction with multiple other functions like IE, PIE, Operations, Engineering and RD.
- To steer line performance to meet flow factor, moves and delivery targets.
- Equipped with SQL programming, dashboard setup system development know-how.
- To drive for continuous improvement on production efficiency.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor Degree and above.
- 5-7 years in line steering enviroment or production background.
- Working experience in automated line is an advantage.
- Involved in automation improvement project will be part of bonus in qualification to drive for production efficiency and effectiveness.
