What we expect

  • Verantwortung und Steuerung von KAM-Kunden mit Fokus auf Ausbau von Marktanteilen und weiteren Potentialen im Trade, E-Com und Retail
  • Unterstützung bei Entwicklung und Implementierung einer Kundenstrategie sowie die Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
  • Direkte Umsatz-, Absatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung
  • Erstellung, Verhandlung sowie Abschluss von Kundenverträgen unter Einhaltung aller Vorgaben und Regelungen (ams OSRAM Richtlinien)
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei Aufbau eines Entscheider-Netzwerks beim Kunden sowie Teilnahme auf wichtigen Branchenevents und Messen
  • Mitarbeit an der Erstellung und Auswertung von Preis-, Wettbewerbs- und Potentialanalysen sowie internes Reporting im Rahmen von Monatsberichten, Forecasts und Jahresanalysen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Sales-Team, Business Development, Customer Service und Marketing

Who we are looking for

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Ausbildung im relevanten Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Innen- oder Außendienst werden vorausgesetzt
  • Hohes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Überzeugungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Engagement, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 35%)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office 365
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
