Ismeca Fine-Tuning Technician

• Fine-tune automation equipment to achieve optimal performance
• Drive sustainable equipment improvements that align to overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) targets, with an acute focus on rate efficiency and equipment availability
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and minor repairs to automated, high-speed inspection equipment
• Identify any necessary machine repairs and escalate matters to the appropriate resources in the maintenance and engineering groups
• Perform machine alignments, adjust and optimize part handling and presentation to maximum output and minimize parts losses
• Determine type of repairs required through various troubleshooting techniques, looks for improvements that could be made to equipment through modifications, or process changes, and analyzes data to evaluate OEE results
  

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical field working directly with manufacturing equipment
• Associates degree in technical field preferred
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working with HMI systems and IoT platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Self-motivated, demonstrating the initiative and drive to surpass performance expectations
