As part of IT Service Management team, we are looking for a student who will help to enhance the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
Are you curious about how large IT landscape is operated in a multinational company with the support of the ITSM platform?
Do you have strong work ethics and willingness to learn extensively about ITSM processes and tools, that are inevitable to manage and operate global IT services?
Are you motivated and willing to go the extra mile to learn and develop the ITSM platform that benefits thousands of users?
If yes, then this internship is a good opportunity for you to get involved in:
- Design analyze and improve processes and solutions in the ITSM platform (ServiceNow).
- Develop the web portal to improve the user experience.
- Build automation solutions that integrate across multiple IT applications.
- Work on state-of-the-art CMDB system to manage the global IT landscape.
- Analyze and improve IT support processes.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree student in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and curiosity to learn.
- Knowledge about IT infrastructure and IT support.
- Experience in web application development (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
- Knowledge about low-code platforms, workflow-based applications, ServiceNow and IT Service Management / ITIL would be beneficial.
- Minimum internship duration of 4 months, starting from April 2026 or later.
- Working location is on-site in Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia.
