Internship HR Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

What we expect
- Participation in various global talent acquisition projects
- Social media management, e.g. content creation, benchmarking, coordination with external agency
- Employer branding, e.g. organization and execution of recruiting campaigns, global employer branding activities, internal employer branding initiatives
- HR communication, e.g. preparation of global communications, content management for intranet, coordination within global HR community
- Contribution in employee engagement activities (e.g. global employee survey communication)
- Contribution in global Onboarding Program e.g. maintenance of current onboarding process and support of ongoing evaluation loops
- Support with administrative and organizational activities, such as the preparation and follow-up of project team meetings as well as the creation of presentations and communication templates
Who we are looking for
- Matura and/or studies in fields of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Education, Business Administration or similar
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Result-oriented and pro-active working attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Good communicational and organizational skills
- Passionate about to working in and with international teams
- Highly engaged and motivated team player with hands-on-mentality
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group A.We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
