IT Logistics Specialist (d/m/f)

What we expect

Support mainly European and NAFTA Supply Chain Logistics business functions and distribution centers with a focus on Deliver & Return from IT side.
Acting as an intermediate level between business functions and IT SAP consultants and SAP developers
2nd and 3rd level business support in SAP LES (shipping including inbound and outbound deliveries, shipment, freight costing, IDOC functionalities, WM)
Collaboration and coordination of IT related topics with European 3PL and other external partners
Work cross-functionally with Procurement, FICO, Sales, PLM functions
Collaboration and sub-project lead in local, regional or global IT and SCM/LOG projects
Communication with Supply Chain management within the organization
Implementation and optimization of local, regional and global logistics processes
Preparation and execution of tests and trainings within SAP

Who we are looking for

Education: Business management with a focus in supply chain management or information technology with hands-on experience in supply chain management
Several years (minimum 5 years) of job experience in project management and process optimization in the area of SAP logistics and interfaces to a 3PL logistics provider
Expertise in SAP Customizing and IDOC analysis in this area and specification of necessary SAP enhancements for developers
ABAP-Know How for solution evaluation and troubleshooting with debugging
Knowledge of User-Exits and technical solution possibilities in SAP for business requirements
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Very good analysis and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated team player
Fluent English; German: fluent would-be advantage

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
