Development engineer (d/m/f) for mini and µ-LED products

What we expect
- Development of exciting Mini and µ-LED products for new applications in the automotive industry
- Definition of the design based on innovative manufacturing processes and materials
- Managing the systems from concept creation through prototype construction to industrialization
- Lead of technical (pre-)development projects including responsibility for the project budget, resource management and project execution
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders including customers and suppliers
Who we are looking for
- University degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- Several years of experience in the development of packages in the semiconductor industry desired
- Enjoying technology development with high creativity and analytical skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%) and enjoy international cooperation, especially with Asia
